The current Brownfields Assessment Grant covers all of Lewis & Clark County including the communities of Helena, East Helena, the Helena Valley, Augusta, Canyon Creek, Canyon Ferry, Craig, Lakeside, Lincoln, Marysville, Silver City, Unionville, Wolf Creek and York. The map below is a close-up of the Helena – East Helena – Helena Valley Brownfields Assessment Area. The area has been divided into regions (i.e. Helena Area West, Helena Area Northwest, etc.) to define discrete areas for the location of potential brownfields sites entered into the Survey.
